The Maytrix Group is working closely with architects and the project manager of Perri Projects on an exciting new Boutique Hotel development
Located in Moray St. South Melbourne Perri Projects have commenced planning for a contemporary boutique hotel. The 4.5 Star boutique 80 room hotel will be a unique offering in Melbourne‘s vibrant hotel and accommodation market. The hotel is conveniently located right on the cusp of the major tourism and business nodes of Melbourne‘s CBD, St Kilda Road, Stadium Precinct, Southbank, the Casino, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
With a striking design from Plus Architects it will also feature restaurants, bar, function rooms and rooftop pool recreation facilities for guests. Stepping outside guests can enjoy everything that the South Melbourne lifestyle is famous for.
To develop a contemporary retail and food and beverage offer to ensure South Melbourne Hotel’s long-term success and viability, The Maytrix Group is involved in the development from project conception. As part of the initial project team, The Maytrix Group undertook commercial analysis and benchmarking to inform the development’s funding strategy and to inform the design of the food and beverage areas. We identified infrastructure, services and fit-out requirements for all hospitality tenancies and adjoining public areas and will be retained to identify suitable operators, manage the tender process and to negotiate contracts for all areas and subsequently develop tenancy standards, oversee the tenancy fit-outs and development of business plans.
